Primary Responsibilities:

- Act as lead contact for trust beneficiaries and trustees, facilitating trust distributions and coordinating with financial advisors, accountants, and other parties involved in the trust administration process.
- Manage day-to-day aspects of estate administration under the supervision of attorneys, including preparing tax returns.
- Coordinate with Cozen O'Connor's integrated family office for personalized client services.
- Utilize basic computer programs and accounting functions, with preference for familiarity with OneSource tax return preparation system.

Qualifications:

- Advanced knowledge of trust and estate administration.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
- Desire to grow in the position and provide top-notch client service.
