Duane Morris LLP, a leading global law firm with over 800 attorneys in offices worldwide, is seeking an experienced Billing Coordinator to join our Finance department. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our firm by providing innovative solutions to the legal and business challenges of our clients. If you have a minimum of three years' billing experience, strong attention to detail, and intermediate level excel skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

The Billing Coordinator will play a critical role in our billing process by reviewing, sorting, and processing billing matters in a timely manner. In addition, this individual will coordinate billing and payment procedures for new and existing clients and manage the e-billing process when necessary. The ideal candidate will have experience in legal billing and a strong proficiency in excel, including the ability to create functions, formulas, and manipulate large sets of data.
