This position involves the defense of administrative agency charges and attorney demand letters assigned to them from investigation through conclusion. To be considered for this position, candidates should have familiarity and experience with administrative agency charges, preferably at both the federal and state levels on the management side. They should also have a minimum of six years of employment law experience, including drafting persuasive position statements and representing clients at hearings and/or mediations. This position requires an active bar license in the state of residence and offers a reduced billable hours requirement and no obligation to engage in any business-related travel or any required business development. The annual starting salary for this position is $115,000 and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses. In addition, a generous benefits package is available to full-time and part-time employees working at least a 50% schedule.
