Subrogation Paralegal - 5+ years experience - Cozen O'Connor Law Firm

Description:
Cozen O'Connor, a leading law firm, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Subrogation Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a plaintiff-oriented practice. The successful candidate will support attorneys in the Subrogation Department and can be located in any of our 30+ offices. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Salary Range:
$75,000 - $100,000 (dependent on experience, qualifications, and location)

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and summarize damages
- Draft legal documents, such as complaints and motions
- Propound and respond to discovery requests
- Manage case files and deadlines
- Coordinate scene examinations and depositions
- Review financial and business records
- Prepare FOIA requests
- Conduct witness investigations
- Assist with trial and deposition preparation
- E-file in state and federal courts

Requirements:
-
- 5+ years of experience in a plaintiff-oriented practice
- Knowledge of state and federal courts, civil procedure rules, and e-filing
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer and technology skills
