Job Title: Legal Secretary at Wilson Elser's Philadelphia law firm
Experience: 4+ years of Litigation experience
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and format legal documents
- E-file court filings in both State and Federal court
- Manage document management and organization
- Maintain attorney calendars and ensure all dates/deadlines are calendared
- Schedule depositions and manage expense reimbursements
- Process bills for third party vendors and follow up with accounting

Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Litigation experience
- Familiarity with e-filing and litigation procedures
- Knowledge of State and Federal court procedures and rules
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with iManage/eDockets a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
