Overview:
The Hackensack, New Jersey office of Kaufman Dolowich, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Labor & Employment law. The candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, including employment discrimination, workplace harassment, wage and hour defense, and traditional labor law matters.

Responsibilities:
- Handle employment litigation in federal and state court
- Develop strategy, draft pleadings, take/defend depositions, and argue motions
- Provide advice and counsel on workplace law issues, such as employee relations and risk mitigation
- Review and negotiate employment agreements, reductions-in-force, and employment-related policies
- Work independently and effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel

Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA accredited law school
- Member of the NJ Bar (required) and NY Bar (preferred)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in employment litigation
- Strong academic credentials and excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of ADA and other workplace accommodations is beneficial
