Finnegan’s  litigation and Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) teams continue to grow and are seeking mid-level to senior litigation associates with experience in computer hardware and software in our Washington, DC ; Successful candidates must have 4-6 years of solid experience in patent litigation and inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the PTAB. Must have at least 4 years solid litigation experience. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related degree required. The base pay to be offered will vary and depend on skills and qualifications, experience, location and will also take into account internal equity.
