Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day pre-litigation work
- Guide clients through the case process
- Draft and file pre-litigation documents
- Oversee settlement negotiations and demand packages
- Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers
- Focus on personal injury cases, primarily automotive
- Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team
- Handle EUOs, PIP Statements, and recorded statements

Requirements:

- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Active member of the FL State Bar Association
- 2+ years of personal injury experience
- Ability to handle high volume of cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Self-motivated with long-term career goals
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
