H1: Join Our Team as a Patent Agent in the Law Student Track The Law Firm's Boston office is looking for Patent Agents with a background in the Chemical Arts (particularly chemistry and organic chemistry) to draft and prosecute patent applications. We are seeking candidates with advanced degrees, USPTO registration numbers, and prior experience as a Patent Agent. H2: Responsibilities As a Patent Agent at the Law Firm, you will be responsible for: • Preparing patent applications for filing with the US Patent and Trademark Office • Evaluating the underlying technology of inventions • Opinion writing • Client counseling • Litigation support • Providing technical assistance on projects H2: Qualifications To apply to this position, you must submit a cover letter, resume, undergraduate, graduate (if applicable), and law school (if applicable) transcripts, and a writing sample.
