This is a full-time position in Jacksonville, FL with a salary range of $35,000-$45,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. The Litigation Assistant will provide administrative support for the Attorney and Paralegal, including conducting legal research, preparing documents for hearings, and scheduling client meetings. They will also maintain case files, communicate with clients and outside parties, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications for this position include 2+ years of experience in Personal Injury and Litigation, knowledge of MS Office and legal technology, and familiarity with case management software. The ideal candidate will also have strong organizational and time management skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
