Greenberg Traurig, a global law firm, is looking for an experienced evening litigation paralegal to join their Litigation Department in their New York office. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package. The ideal candidate should have at least 3-4 years of litigation paralegal experience and be familiar with court rules and e-filing in federal and state courts.

Position Summary:

The evening litigation paralegal will provide support to attorneys in the Litigation Department from the beginning of a case until its completion. This includes preparing and reviewing legal documents for service and electronic filing, interacting with court clerks and personnel, and conducting factual research. The work hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 3:30 . to 11:30 .

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review legal documents for service and electronic filing.
- E-file in state and Federal courts.
- Interact with state and Federal court clerks and personnel.
- Draft and prepare select case pleadings and correspondence.
- Cite check, blue book, and proofread documents.
- Track litigation deadlines.
- Provide guidance on court rules and procedures.
- Organize and manage discovery documents in both electronic and paper formats.
- Create, organize, and maintain transcript and exhibit libraries.
- Conduct factual research, including online or other electronic searches.
- Assist with preparation for mediation, arbitration, and trial.
- Prepare and track files, maintain calendars and deadlines.
- Prepare and submit timekeeping reports.
- Perform general paralegal duties.
- Work hours are Monday to Friday, 3:30 . to 11:30 .

- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities and set priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Self-starter with the ability to work well independently and under minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in an organized, efficient manner.
- Willingness to support the department with general administrative duties and special projects as needed.

Qualifications & Prior Experience:

- Minimum of 3-4 years of litigation paralegal experience.
- Solid and practical working knowledge of court rules.
- Experience with e-filing in federal and state courts.
- Proficient in PACER, MS Word, Adobe PDF, PDA/A, Excel, and Outlook.

- Expected annualized base salary range of $85,000 to $100,000.
