The Role

We are seeking a polished, client-facing paralegal or legal assistant (we can train you) to support attorneys in litigation matters involving international clients. This role is ideal for candidates with UK or Commonwealth legal training, international experience, or a background working with global clientele.

Core Responsibilities

• Direct telephone and video communication with clients
• Drafting and organizing pleadings, correspondence, and case materials
• Managing deadlines, records, and discovery
• Supporting attorneys with litigation preparation
• Coordinating with medical providers, experts, and international contacts
• Maintaining high standards of professional written and spoken communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Paralegal or legal support experience (litigation preferred)
• Education or professional experience in the UK or Commonwealth legal system
• Experience working with international or expatriate clients
• Excellent spoken English, professional phone presence, and clarity of communication
• Strong written communication and attention to detail
• Familiarity with . legal systems, procedures, and terminology (training provided as needed for the right candidate)
