Law Firm Seeking IP Patent Paralegal - Hybrid Work Schedule Available in Philadelphia/Pittsburgh

DLA Piper, a leading global law firm, is currently seeking a highly talented IP Patent Paralegal to join our team in either Philadelphia or Pittsburgh. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, giving you the flexibility to work both in-office and remotely.

Minimum Requirements:

- 3 years experience as a Paralegal
- Strong skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with legal software such as Relativity, LexisNexis, Westlaw or similar applications
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Complete standard . trademark and patent application filings
- Assist with supervised prosecution work on all . and foreign applications
- Handle assignments and post registration filings for . registrations
- Keep clients apprised of the status of marks and patents
- Manage data rooms and matter files
