The ideal candidate will have four to six years of in-depth experience in various areas of corporate securities law.

Key Responsibilities:

- Familiarity with public company rules and regulations, including the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934
- Experience with public and private offerings of securities
- Knowledge of national securities exchange listing rules
- Ability to draft and review reports on Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K
- Proficiency in preparing proxy statements for annual and special shareholder meetings
- Understanding of Section 16 Reporting (Forms 3, 4, and 5)
- General corporate and corporate governance experience, including drafting board resolutions, policies, and press releases
- Prior experience with broker-dealer, FINRA, investment adviser, or fund formation is a plus

Qualifications:

- Four to six years of experience in corporate securities law
- Bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent writing and communication skills

Salary: The pay for this position will be determined based on relevant skills and experience, education, external market data, internal equity, and other job-related factors. The anticipated pay range for this role is $210,000 - $235,000.
