Job Summary

As an experienced Paralegal in our Litigation Department, you will play a crucial role in enforcing and defending our clients' legal rights. You will work closely with our team of attorneys to draft pleadings and motions, manage deadlines, and assist with trial preparation. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to join our team in Jacksonville, FL.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Manage a caseload from initial filing through trial and post-trial
- Draft and file legal documents and pleadings in State and Federal court
- Manage discovery compliance and communicate with opposing counsel, clients, and other legal professionals
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and other litigation-related proceedings
- Assist with trial preparation, including creating trial binders and organizing exhibits
- Enter case information into our firm management system

Qualifications and Skills

- 2+ years of Personal Injury Litigation experience preferred
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little supervision
- Knowledge of State and Federal court procedures and rules
- Familiarity with legal terminology and drafting pleadings and discovery
- Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
