This position is available in multiple locations throughout North and South Carolina, including Charleston, Charlotte, Greensboro, Greenville, Raleigh, RTP, and Winston-Salem. The ideal candidate will have a background in litigation and be able to provide high level support to attorneys and clients. Responsibilities: - Provide detailed and proactive support for litigation matters - Manage eDiscovery process, including organization, searches, and document production - Analyze and organize large amounts of information and data - Demonstrate knowledge of civil litigation, court procedures, and regulatory bodies - Prepare court filings and assist with research - Gain understanding of product liability laws and issues - Assist with witness preparation and trial/arbitration coordination - Complete special projects and other duties as assigned Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 5+ years of experience in a mid or large-sized law firm - Excellent writing and communication skills - Strong project management and organizational skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel - Knowledge of court procedures This is a non-exempt position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
