- Assisting attorneys with preparation of pleadings and discovery materials for court cases and arbitration proceedings
- Analyzing and organizing privileged documents and data obtained during discovery and preparing document production and responses to discovery questions
- Coordinating and summarizing records for deposition and record subpoenas
- Conducting legal research using Lexis and Pacer databases
- Drafting investigative reports and summarizing witness interviews and other documents
- Keeping up to date with developments, procedures, and rules in the legal field
- Working with trial exhibits and other trial-related tasks
- Assisting with federal and state administration filings
- Cite-checking and shepardizing for motion preparation

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience at a law firm
- Experience in labor and employment law preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and document management platforms
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of state and court agency rules
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
