ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Prepare, organize, and file documents and correspondence with the court
- Conduct legal research and update internal databases
- Prepare materials for case preparation and assist with depositions
- Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Perform administrative duties and maintain pleadings and discovery indexes
- Accurately track and record all related billable and non-billable time
- Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, and briefs
- Communicate effectively with attorneys, court personnel, and third parties
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum of 5 years of complex litigation experience

- Experience with experts, medical records, and attending trials is a plus
- Strong legal research skills and working knowledge of legal database software
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Relativity, and Word
