Law Firm in Downtown Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Family Law Paralegal with experience in drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and assisting attorneys in preparation for meetings, hearings, and trials. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage information through various firm databases. Responsibilities:

- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence
- Conduct legal research and prepare synopsis
- Organize and coordinate document productions and trial notebooks
- Interact with all parties, counsel, and respond to inquiries
- Assist attorneys in preparation for meetings, hearings, and trials
- E-file documents at the State level and follow up on filings
- Manage information through firm databases
- Proofread documents and organize exhibits for motion filings

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in family law
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, i-Manage, and other platforms
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of e-filing procedures at the State level
