Are you an experienced attorney with a passion for employee benefits law? Epstein Becker & Green, a national law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join our Employee Benefits practice. If you have at least three years of experience in employee benefits law and ERISA, including qualified retirement plans, executive compensation, health & welfare plans, and fringe benefits, we encourage you to apply.

Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this position, you must have strong academic credentials, excellent communication and writing skills, and the ability to distill complex legal matters into actionable advice. Prior experience in employee benefits law is preferred, but candidates with a combination of experience in related areas will also be considered.

In addition, we are looking for individuals who possess strong legal and practical problem-solving skills, as well as a knack for building and maintaining relationships with clients. Admission to practice law in one of the following jurisdictions is required: California, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, or Washington, DC.
