Responsibilities:
- Drafting pleadings and preparing discovery
- Filing documents with the court
- Preparing trial exhibits
- Other paralegal duties as needed

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of family law experience in Florida
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Detail-oriented and organized
