The Wilshire Law Firm is seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our Employment Single Action department in San Diego. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on cases involving discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and harassment, among others. Your contributions will help progress our clients' cases through litigation and make a real impact on the lives of those we represent.

Daily Tasks:

- Propound and respond to discovery.
- Prepare documents for filing with state and federal courts.
- Draft correspondence and communicate effectively with clients, experts, and defense counsel.
- Manage calendaring and scheduling deadlines.
- Assist with pre-trial preparation, including drafting trial documents and preparing exhibits.

Your Skills:

- Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience in employment litigation for single plaintiff cases.
- Working knowledge of the California Code of Civil Procedure.
- Familiarity with DFEH and EEOC claims process.
- Experience drafting Meet and Confer responses.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Experience with federal procedure is a plus.
