Responsibilities:
- Utilize three or more years of trial and litigation experience to support attorneys in the firm
- Familiarity with Nevada and Federal rules of civil procedures is a must
- Work independently on pleadings, E-discovery, document review, case management, file organization, investigations, research and trial support
- Proficiency in document management software (., Relativity and Pro), electronic filing (including CM/ECF) is preferred
- Familiarity with trial preparation software such as Sanction or Trial Director is a plus
- Excellent analytical, writing and communication skills required
- Strong Excel skills are essential
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required

Qualifications:
- Civil litigation experience
- ABA Paralegal certification required and a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- Salary range $45,000 - $80,000 depending on experience
