Advice to law firm management:
The other attorneys really want to see everyone succeed. Be a helpful contributor and take on the mindset that what benefits one will benefit all.
Pros:
A helpful firm to gain experience and you are able to move up in the firm pretty quickly. They have the best schedules and are flexible with your time schedule.
Cons:
There is little to no communication so it can make your job harder than necessary at times. The salary and benefits are very low compared to other firms of this size.

Advice to law firm management:
Not sure how to improve other than to dissolve the firm. No one likes working there, the pay is not that good, the firm is not respected in the market, most partners do not have a lot of work--and so forth.
Pros:
This is the worst large law firm in the United States. They are a former insurance defense firm trying to act like a big firm. They are cheap with their associates, partners and everyone they come into contact with. There is little reason to work there. It is not a respected name in the legal profession.
Cons:
There is no reason to work there. It is not a good law firm. Attorneys coming out of here are not respected in the marketplace at all.
