Fire the female management, get new management and supervisor and a new OA.
There isn't a thing I can think if that is great of this firm.
People are able to get away with anything and everything at this firm. The gossip, backstabbing by the legal secretaries and the female management and OA. No one has your back here.... Also, if you ask other law firms about GRSM, they will tell you that the Irvine Office is a complete joke and that you can do better. Attorney's act like they deserve the red carpet. No one, and I mean no one respect anyone in this office. Time fraud is huge at this firm and so is blaming someone else for their mistakes and not taking accountability. Not even the OA takes accountability. The pay isn't great and not worth the lack of respect you get by working here.
Avoid the managing partners. The female managing partner will only blame you for her wrong doing, so she doesn't get caught. And if the supervisor who is also a female doesn't like you, you won't last at that firm. It's not worth it!!
