They are very good at lying, stalling, threatening and committing crimes.
I crossed paths with this firm twice in just a few short years, and they proceeded to commit crimes against me in order to get their way. Their Craig Mariam went before the firms good buddy in San Diego, the corrupt Judge Ronald Frasier, and had my rights violated without cause.
Mariam's acts led to additional disturbing acts and crimes, committed by my own attorney, hired to go after them and an abusive employer in Malibu, who had been sexually harassing numerous Latina employees, including: Touching, body parts described, death threats and more. All the claims were suppressed and they orchestrated several death threats against me as well.
Gordon & Rees are RESPONSIBLE FOR THE WIDESPREAD ABUSE OF GOOD EMPLOYEES THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY AND BEYOND! The employers are/were dirty and abusive, accustomed to abusing staff(s). As they have occasionally had to pay out on claims related to these abuses, they now have annual policies with ARGO Insurance against any employee action. Whenever ANY employee stands up to the proven dirty employers and seeks remedy, ARGO hires Gordon & Rees, who immediately proceed to attack that employee in every conceivable way. They will commit whatever crime necessary to make the problem go away and to suppress all claims
I was recently contacted by two different Human Rights Commissions, after their agents read my report about the Calif. Bar and Gordon & Rees' Mariam. Hopefully my testimony and documentation will help in the broad exposure, both of the clearly dirty Cal Bar, in and of itself, but also of all the attorneys and judicial officers also involved. The Commission used the term "System Violence", to describe the type of crimes committed against me by Gordon & Rees Mariam.
Sadly, this also involves numerous dirty and corrupt Judges, etc.
The California Bar Association is every bit as crooked and evil as the numerous dirty attorneys like Gordon & Rees, rummaging for illegal scraps throughout Corruptafornia. They do everything they can to suppress the crimes. In both instances, they buried my extensive reports to them, detailing not the clear criminal acts of Gordon & Rees' Craig Mariam. They waited and stalled - right through my right to file any malpractice claim against the dirty attorney(s) - then requested additional documentation, much of which they had already been provided. They then waited and stalled for months longer, then in the end allowed the dirty attorneys to provide a final statement, which they then accepted as truth and fact, ignoring the mass of evidence already provided them. In the case of Mariam, while they acknowledged that there was NO CAUSE for any Restraining Order against me and that there was NO EVIDENCE - meaning Mariam is a perjuring criminal, which we already knew - instead of doing anything at all to punish the cowardly villain, they merely blamed the dirty Judge for allowing it. Mariam should have been disbarred, then imprisoned. Yet they did nothing at all to him and never even began to address their obvious and documented criminal acts.
Incidentally, a very prominent San Diego Labor Attorney told me that he couldn't take on my case at that time against Gordon & Rees Client Greg Fowler, despite his claims that it simply "abounded in merit", once he confirmed the presence of that judge and Gordon & Rees. He said he would expect the judge to display what he termed a, "Pervasive Bias", not only towards Big Business in general, but towards dirty Gordon & Rees' specifically. And that is EXACLTY what he dirty, judge did!
If anyone wasn't sure just how corrupt your courts in California truly are, all based on the sickness of greed displayed by the likes of Gordon & Rees, these are but a mere few of the thousands of such crimes committed by them.
