Job Description:

Merchant & Gould is seeking experienced attorneys to join our various offices. The ideal candidate will have a practice area that is consistent with one of our core practice areas (Trademark, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical/Life Sciences, and Litigation) as well as a portable book of business of not less than $500k. We are also interested in speaking with practice groups or teams that may be interested in a dynamic professional change together. Our Firm offers extensive resources, highly qualified internal firm service teams, and a successful platform for professional success while encouraging a healthy balance with life outside of work. We offer flexible billing requirements, group health, life, and disability insurance benefits as well a retirement plan with matching contributions. Base compensation starts at $250k depending on billing rate and productivity.
