**Position Summary**

Law Firm's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice group has an opportunity for a mid-level Attorney to join the firm to support their national employee benefits and executive compensation practice, ranked Tier 1 by Best Lawyers for over a decade. The practice is broad-based and encompasses plan design, advice & counsel, and compliance work relating to retirement, health and welfare, and nonqualified deferred compensation and incentive pay plans maintained by private and publicly listed employers. The firm also regularly advises on executive compensation and payroll tax, and healthcare privacy matters.

**Requirements**

- . Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of employment. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice;
- 3+ years of experience in employee benefits and/or executive compensation in a law firm;
- Experience with and knowledge of ERISA retirement, health and welfare plan compliance, executive, compensation, deferred compensation and incentive compensation matters;
- Ability to manage projects independently;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines;
- Strong academic credentials, superior research skills and excellent analytical, writing and communication skills required;
