Are you a USPTO registered Patent Agent with a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, applied physics, or a related field? Do you have a passion for high tech and a desire for significant responsibility and client interaction? Look no further, as our law firm is seeking an experienced Patent Agent to join our team in either our Cleveland or Pittsburgh office.

Position Summary:

As a Patent Agent, you will be responsible for drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the high tech field. In addition, you will also be involved in supporting IP due diligences, patent landscape analyses, patent litigations, post-grant proceedings (IPR, PGR, interferences), and other IP matters related to technology. Our clients span across various industries such as software, hardware, semiconductors, telecommunications, autonomous vehicles, artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics, and blockchain.

Required Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must have the following qualifications:

- USPTO registration
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, applied physics, or a related field
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Superior academic background
- Desire for teamwork, significant responsibility, and client interaction

Experience in patent prosecution is preferred, with 1-5 years of experience being ideal.
