The Law Firm in Minneapolis is seeking a Legal Assistant to join their expanding Tax, Trusts, and Estates department. This is a 4-day/week position in the Minneapolis office. The firm offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and more.

In this role, you will provide administrative support to attorneys, paralegals, and business professionals in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of previous legal assistant experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to a combination of several timekeepers
- Perform document production and formatting
- Manage files and client contact databases
- Assist with reviewing daily docket and coordinating with attorneys and paralegals
- Assist with time entries and document management
- Support other team members as needed

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or . equivalent
- 4+ years of previous legal assistant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well in stressful situations
- Strong judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent attendance and work ethic
- Flexibility in scheduling and ability to work overtime if needed
