Overview:
- Orrick, a global law firm, is seeking an entry-level Structured Finance Paralegal
- The position is available in either New York or Washington, .

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate structured finance transactions from inception to closing
- Draft and review legal documents
- Act as liaison with clients and outside entities
- Assist with closing by drafting checklists and attending pre-closings and closings
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved training program preferred but not required
- Strong academic background and leadership ability
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, shared environment
- Prior experience in business or law office desirable
- Flexible work schedule and ability to work overtime as required

Compensation and Benefits:
- Expected salary range:
- New York City: $51,000 - $67,000
- National: $46,000 - $60,000
- Comprehensive and competitive total compensation package
