Key Responsibilities

- Support paralegals and attorneys in the Investment Funds Group for a period of two years
- Manage and organize materials and information related to specific matters and transactions
- Assist with due diligence investigations, document productions, and closings
- Proofread, duplicate, and scan documents to PDF
- Conduct research on various databases
- Collaborate with other practice groups as needed
- Provide direct support to clients
- Handle distribution of original documents
- Perform clerical tasks as needed
- Willingness to work overtime and potentially travel

Practice Group Functions

Investment Funds:
- Prepare and file formation, tax, and securities documents
- Review investor subscription materials for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain spreadsheets and reports
- Track and index subscription booklets
- Maintain hard and soft copies of materials

Qualifications & Requirements

- College graduate with a strong interest in the legal profession and corporate law
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment
- Strong technical skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Overtime availability and a college degree required

Work Environment

This job operates on a hybrid schedule and requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.
