This position requires 2-4 years of experience and offers a salary range of $235,000 - $310,000. ## Overview The Employment + Labor Group at Law Firm is looking for an experienced Associate to join its Washington, . office. The ideal candidate should have experience in the following areas: OFCCP compliance and audit defense, pay equity studies and defending pay equity litigation and government enforcement actions, litigating employment claims, drafting employment agreements, offer letters, executive employment agreements, separation agreements, non-competes, non-solicits, nondisclosure, IP assignment, advising on day-to-day employment law compliance and HR issues, handling workplace investigations of employment complaints, and handling the employment dimensions of corporate transactions. ## Ideal Candidate Law Firm is looking for an Associate with outstanding research, writing, and analytical skills, the ability to exercise sound legal and business knowledge and judgment, strong case management skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, a strong work ethic, initiative to lead and own matters, the ability to effectively manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, excellent leadership skills, and a team-oriented attitude. Additionally, strong academic credentials are highly valued.
