Burns & Levinson LLP is looking for a Registered . Patent Agent, Technical Specialist, or a Patent-Barred Associate to join their Intellectual Property Group in the Firm’s Boston Office.

## Qualifications
- A . in organic chemistry
- A commitment to pursue a career in intellectual property law
- A desire to work in a collaborative environment
- A strong academic record
- Excellent communication skills
- 1-3 years institutional or law firm employment
- Proficiency in drafting patent applications, particularly in areas of small molecule therapeutics and immunotherapies
- Proficiency in ChemDraw
- A basic understanding of statutory criteria for patentability and USPTO rules of procedure
