Advice to law firm management: Not a true statement when you state that you value ideas........It's time to remove that quote from your hiring process...

Pros: Free Bagels

Cons: The firm has no structure and are 20 years behind in everything....HR is a JOKE!!!! The place if full of gossip and they don't like people with experience......They love to hire individuals with no experience....Managing partner is clueless on how to run a firm.....

Partners to Avoid and Why: All the good guys are leaving....Some co chair don't even belong in the role.....

Favorite Things About this Firm: Old people everywhere...... 32 people left the firm while I was there....Crazy!!!!

Advice to law firm management: Restructure HR to deal with the issues between employees so that the atmosphere can be more positive. Pay employees what they are worth.

Pros: The firm is small, so that fosters a sense of community. The work is fairly easy and workers are not pushed too hard. Decent balance for work and life. It is nice to be able to interact with everyone.

Cons: So much laziness! Complaints and some nastiness between coworkers are frequent, and HR doesn't seem to take complaints seriously. Pay is less than average.

Everyone Loves LawCrossing

LawCrossing was probably the best legal board I have used. I liked the layout and it was user friendly. I tried to use another job board, but it was not user friendly and was kind of a pain, whereas LawCrossing was easy to use to find jobs. I really liked it. I would certainly recommend this site and service to my colleagues.
