We handle a wide range of complex legal matters for top clients in the private equity, M&A, investment fund formation, and litigation fields. We are currently seeking a Paralegal II to join our Tax Department in Austin, TX. In this role, you will support multiple partners and the overall practice on a variety of tax matters. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal with a strong background in tax law to join a dynamic and innovative team at one of the largest law firms in the world.
