Responsibilities and Qualifications

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and managing administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, Premises Liability, or other injury-related practice areas. Other qualifications include:

- Associate degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience (preferred)
- Completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage workload with minimal supervision
- Extensive computer and database expertise
- Knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, and court procedures
- Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
