As a Sr. Manager, Labor & Employment Counsel, you will provide day-to-day employment law advice and counsel to HR and management on a wide range of subjects, including employee terminations, FMLA and other protected leaves, ADA reasonable accommodations, employee relations, wage and hour issues, separation agreements, workplace violence, and restrictive covenants.

In addition, you will serve as a member of the Americas employment law team, manage US employment litigation, and support and counsel on internal investigations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of employment law experience, a . degree, and be licensed to practice law in one state, preferably CA, MA, PA, or NC.
