- 3+ years of handling employment litigation in state and federal courts and matters before the administrative agencies

- Ability to absorb, process and understand new information rapidly

### Responsibilities
- Traditional labor and employment matters, including unfair labor practice charges, labor arbitrations, advice and counsel to employers on labor matters, and employment agreements
- Manage cases from inception through trial, including drafting memoranda, pleadings, and motions
- Collaborating with other attorneys about strategies
- Attending court appearances
- Taking and defending depositions
- Conducting discovery including eDiscovery
- Handling settlement negotiations
- Conducting trials

### Salary
We offer a competitive compensation package including a performance bonus. Salary range for the position is $90,000 to $140,000 depending on experience. Employee benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, and profit-sharing retirement plan.
