As a Global Practice Support Assistant, you will provide administrative and legal support to an assigned group of attorneys, while benefiting from our Firm-wide network of skilled and experienced administrative professionals. The ideal candidate will have the ability to quickly adapt to new software and programs, meet deadlines consistently, and work proactively to solve problems. This role also involves being a part of the Firm's initiative to provide strong support to new associates. Responsibilities - Enter attorney time and process expense reports - Schedule conference calls and arrange travel - Conduct internet research as directed by attorneys - Interact with various departments within the Firm to facilitate legal support - Use document management software to prepare and revise documents - Transcribe dictation and record minutes of meetings - Maintain paper and electronic files in compliance with Firm policies - Foster professional and cooperative relationships with colleagues and clients - Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions - Perform complex administrative tasks with discretion and diplomacy Requirements - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Strong customer service orientation - Proactive work ethic and attention to detail - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced legal environment - Adaptability and quick learning of new software and programs - Excellent attendance and punctuality - Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize work effectively - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment - Proficiency in MS Word, Adobe Acrobat DC, PowerPoint and Excel preferred How to Apply To apply for this position, please click "Apply Now" and submit your resume.
