Paralegal - Employment Single Action: Join Wilshire Law Firm in Los Angeles!

Impact:

- Progress clients' cases involving Discrimination, Wrongful Termination, Retaliation, Harassment, etc. through litigation
- Opportunity to work in the Employment Single Action department

Daily Tasks:

- Propound and respond to discovery
- Prepare substantive responses for Plaintiff and review Defendant's responses
- Prepare documents for filing with state and federal court
- Draft correspondence and communicate with clients, experts, and defense counsel
- Manage calendaring and scheduling deadlines
- Assist with pre-trial preparation, including drafting trial documents and preparing exhibits

Your Skills:

-
- Knowledge of California Code of Civil Procedure
- Familiarity with DFEH and EEOC claims process
- Experience drafting Meet and Confer responses
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
- Experience in Federal procedure is a plus
