The candidate should preferably have 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: ERISA Title I investment/fiduciary matters; Tax-qualification of retirement plans/tax-exempt organizations; Negotiation of plan service provider and investment-related contracts; Health law regulatory compliance; Multiemployer plan administration (., benefit claims, QDROs, collection of delinquent contributions, withdrawal liability); Litigation; General securities law and commercial transactional work. Must be Admitted or eligible for admission in the District of Columbia.
