Law Firm is seeking a highly talented Conflicts Analyst to join their team. This remote position offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits. As a Conflicts Analyst, you will play a critical role in the firm's risk management function by analyzing and resolving potential conflicts of interest.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review, interpret, and summarize conflict report results
- Analyze and resolve potential legal and business conflicts
- Implement information barriers and ensure proper notification to affected personnel
- Draft formal email waivers and conflict waiver letters
- Maintain conflict information in the financial database
- Review new business intake forms and identify conflicts
- Conduct corporate research on all parties involved in new business requests
- Ensure accurate documentation of legal and business conflicts

Minimum Requirements:

- High school diploma
- 4 years of experience in conflicts or new business intake within a law firm
- Experience with writing and communicating in a business environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours

Preferred Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate
- Experience with intake and conflicts software
