H1: EMPLOYEE RELATIONS PARTNER - REMOTE

H2: Essential Functions

- Provide consistent, tactical Employee Relations consultation to Managers and Employees
- Conduct HR investigations and ensure adherence to policies and regulations
- Analyze data and trends to aid in proactive and preventative approach
- Provide guidance and interpretation of policies to minimize legal liability
- Work remotely from home and must live in the Southeast Region

H2: Additional Responsibilities

- Perform other duties as assigned
- Stay up-to-date on legal requirements and employment legislation within region
- Travel as needed to company sites within supported region

- Ability to conduct sensitive investigations and identify violations
- Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Impartiality and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to build professional relationships at all levels of the organization
- Confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive information
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Flexibility and ability to excel in fast-paced environment

- Detail-oriented and strong follow-up practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of employment laws and regulations

H2: Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational management, law or equivalent major; or, four years of relevant experience
- Five years or more in HR compliance, HR generalist or employee relations
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of employment laws and regulations

H2: Salary and Benefits

- Salary ranges from $60K to $70K, based on internal equity, market data, and qualifications
