Job Summary:
As a Conflicts Analyst with DLA Piper, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving potential legal and business conflicts, drafting email waivers and conflict waiver letters, and implementing information barriers. You will also collaborate with partners and Professional Responsibility Counsel to assist in bringing in new business to the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and resolve potential legal and business conflicts
• Draft email waivers and conflict waiver letters
• Implement information barriers
• Collaborate with partners and Professional Responsibility Counsel
• Maintain conflict information in financial database
• Review new business intake forms and identify conflicts
• Conduct corporate research on related parties
• Maintain internal conflicts database
• Perform corporate research on all parties involved in new business requests

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• 4 years of experience in conflicts resolution or 3 years in a paralegal role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Familiarity with conflicts and intake software preferred
