Barnes & Thornburg LLP is looking for a Patent Agent with 3+ years of experience to join their team. This Patent Agent will be responsible for preparing and prosecuting patent applications and must be familiar with patent law and filing procedures.

Candidates must have:

- Excellent academic achievement
- Good character
- Initiative
- Interpersonal skills
- Must be registered to practice with the USPTO

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree or . in a chemical or pharmaceutical-related science
- Bachelor's degree and substantial chemical or pharmaceutical-related industrial experience
- Ability to speak the language of organic chemistry
