The Charleston Group is seeking a civil litigation ; A Certified North Carolina paralegal with 5+ years of relevant experience is ; Applicant must have experience in various aspects of civil litigation including discovery, depositions, motion practice and ; Duties for this position include drafting and editing pleadings, basic legal documents and correspondence; maintaining case, court and attorney schedules in the firm's practice management software; coordinating meetings, hearings, depositions, etc.; managing office correspondence; attorney timekeeping; filing and other administrative duties which may be assigned from time to time consistent with the role of a paralegal.

This role pays competitive compensation ($43,500 to $55,000 annually) plus excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, and lie insurance; disability insurance (long and short term); 401k and ; Interested applicants should include a cover letter, resume and salary requirements.
