Role and Responsibilities:

- Supporting tax attorneys by conducting legal research and preparing and filing documents
- Communicating with clients and tax authorities as directed by supervising attorney
- Assisting with transaction and organizational structure diagrams

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree and related paralegal certificate preferred
- Candidates with business paralegal and/or accounting degree or relevant experience will receive strong consideration
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Proficiency in legal research software and MS Office
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
