Currier & Hudson APC is seeking an Education and/or Labor and Employment Law Attorney with 2 to 8 years of experience. We are a public sector law firm with an emphasis in education law serving K-12 and community college districts, as well as other local public offer a wide variety of legal services to our clients that include providing day-to-day legal advice on employment, student and board governance matters, and conducting administrative hearings, litigation and collective bargaining.

We are seeking a bright and creative attorney who is motivated to take on responsibility and interact regularly with clients, and who has the ability to work independently and assume significant case responsibility. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in employment and/or education law matters. Prior employment litigation and and/or school law experience is preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who are proactive and eager to assume a high-level role providing legal service in all aspects of education and/or labor and employment law within a sophisticated ;

Candidates must have strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Although we prefer experience in education or employment law, we are also interested in talented attorneys who come to us with excellent skills in any area of litigation. This is a fully remote position based in or near San Diego offer competitive compensation, bonuses, benefits and a 401k with employer match.

Compensation is determined upon the responsibilities of the position, the experience and skills of the applicant, and other job-related factors. The salary range for this position is $140,000 to $220,000.
