Job Title:
Business Transaction Paralegal

Experience Information:
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Corporate Transactional Paralegal.

Responsibilities:

- Support attorneys in business transactions including corporate formations, securities, and M&A
- Assist with transaction documentation and team correspondence
- Conduct lien searches and due diligence
- Prepare document summaries
- Work independently and in coordination with others
- Handle a high volume of work and meet deadlines
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Adapt to changing situations and resolve problems
- Maintain a service-oriented mindset
- Learn and effectively utilize new and traditional software

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Corporate Transactional Paralegal
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
