Trenam Reviews

Advice to law firm management: This firm needs to take better care of their newer employees. While it's crucial to keep long term employees happy, new employees are being treated unfairly and being paid much less than other firms in the area.

Pros: This firm offers good salaries to those who have worked at the firm for several years. If you work within the firm for over a year you obtain health benefits as well as bonuses. Unfortunately, it seems this is one of the few good things about this law firm.

Cons: Unfortunately the starting salaries in this firm are quite low compared to other competitors. Long term employees make more, but this isn't obtained for many years of working within this firm. Only a small number of people have stayed at this firm long-term and most of them are management.

Out of all the other job boards I have used, LawCrossing was definitely the most impressive. I have received many job interviews from jobs I applied to on your site.
