Real Estate Paralegal Holland & Knight is actively seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join their team. This position can be mostly remote or hybrid in New York. The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years of experience in commercial real estate and will have strong organizational, communication, analytical and critical thinking skills. Responsibilities: Coordinate title/survey diligence, document execution and closing logistics. Review and analysis of title and survey issues and assist in resolution of the same, including direct communication with title underwriters and surveyors. Preparation of closing documents and ancillary transactional documentation. Attendance and participation in meetings and/or closings. Gather, organize, summarize and index documents from various sources. Special projects and additional duties as assigned.? Qualifications: 5-10+ years' experience in commercial real estate, preferably at mid to large law firm and/or national title insurance underwriter. Organizational skills to work independently and meet deadlines in fast-paced, complex transactional environment. Communication skills to interact with all levels of internal staff, attorneys and management and external clients of the firm. Analytical and critical thinking skills sufficient to make decisions regarding daily work. Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately. Able to work overtime as needed.
